The seller is the individual company Share, represented by Julia BERNARD, established at MIREPOIX (ARIÈGE) 12, avenue Jean Durroux, SIRET 899 322 234 00019 and can be reached by email at hello.lestitis@gmail.com. The products offered for sale are bazaar and decorative items and concern mainland France. The price of each item is determined on the site, it is expressed including tax, excluding delivery costs. Payment is made on the site by credit card or PayPal. The customer places the chosen items in their basket which they can modify during their shopping, with no minimum purchase, then validates their order. Payment occurs upon validation of the order, at the same time as the transfer of ownership. For any cancellation after validation, it is possible to send an email to the address hello.lestitis@gmail.com specifying the order number. Cancellation is possible until shipment has been completed. It is necessary to create an account to place an order. The customer has a withdrawal period of 14 days following validation of the order. He will bear the costs of returning the goods alone if they have already been delivered. To make a return, the Customer will send an email to hello.lestitis@gmail.com which will generate a return slip, to be attached to the package. The refund will take place within 14 days following receipt of the goods, it is up to the customer to choose a return method allowing the delivery to be traced. Shipments take place exclusively in mainland France, within 3 to 6 days after payment and depending on stocks. If shipping has not occurred within 14 days, the customer may cancel the order. If the product is no longer available, we reimburse the customer by canceling the order or offer a replacement with an equivalent product, which the customer is free to accept or refuse. Deliveries are carried out by Post Office services. EI Share cannot be held responsible for delivery times. No dispute relating to delivery is possible if the package appears as delivered, the carrier's register being taken as proof. Personal data is used for the sale of products, delivery, invoicing and is reserved for EI Share which undertakes not to disseminate them. They include the Customer's first name, last name, postal address, telephone number and email address, as well as the banking details necessary to complete the payment.
